36 Dwellings with heat pump covers
At the Tivoli project in Eindhoven, 36 dwellings were equipped with an ECONEXT® heat pump roof cover including a pre-assembled heat pump outdoor unit. This has been realised in a period of 7 weeks, from March to May 2022.
Heat pump roof covers - ready to be connected - delivered to the building site
In close cooperation with the customer and the installer, the 36 roof covers were delivered to the construction site in Eindhoven in 5 partial deliveries at the agreed time, ready to be connected, i.e. including the heat pump outdoor unit. Using the rented lift truck, they were all installed on the roof on the same day. That is what we mean by easing your workload.
How does it work? The ECONEXT® roof covers are manufactured in advance at Cox Geelen in Eijsden according to the specifications of the outdoor unit type, roof pitch and colour. Then the split unit or monobloc is delivered by the customer and we make sure that the unit is fitted correctly in the cover.
This order included 4 different designs of roof covers, both gutter and ridge designs, with 2 different roof pitches. The chosen colour was RAL 7016 textura.
The work was carried out by Installatie Service Zuid (Weert, Netherlands) and the contractor was Stam + De Koningbouw (Eindhoven, Netherlands).
