Concentric with CONNEXT® X7
CoxDENS® with CONNEXT® X7 is a concentric PP/Alu push-fit flue system with the special CONNEXT® X7-connection. The PP flue gas pipe is centred in the outer pipe 'pipe-in-tube' by this smart patented X7 push-fit coupling. There is also an all-metal system, CoxCentric® Alu/Alu with CONNEX7T® with an aluminium flue pipe.
Safe with concentric
That is Cox Geelen’s vision into which this new innovative system perfectly fits. Carbon monoxide (CO) is an underestimated and unrecognized danger. Carbon monoxide poisoning is often caused by modern heating appliances. To reduce the risk of such poisoning, it is advisable to install a concentric flue gas system. In the unlikely event of a leak in the flue gas pipe, the flue gases entering the combustion air supply pipe are routed to the combustion heater. An excessively high content of recirculated flue gas will cause the boiler to shut down.
This prevents a dangerous situation for residents.

Flue gas system PP/Alu with CONNEXT® X7
This CoxDENS® with CONNEXT® X7ystem is available in the concentric diameter sizes 60/100, 80/125, 100/150 and 110/160 mm in the colour white (RAL 9016). This is the safest flue system there is, because in the unlikely event of a leak in the flue gas pipe, the flue gases entering the combustion air supply pipe are routed to the combustion heater. An excessively high content of recirculated flue gas will cause the boiler to shut down. There will be no unsafe situation for the residents.

Shortening, or fitting, the outer and inner pipe is easy with this concentric system.
At the end of their lifecycle these products can be completely recycled.

This CoxCentric® with CONNEXT® X7 is available in the diameters 60/100, 80/125 and 100/150 mm in the colour white (RAL 9016) and is designed for use in combination with condensing (W) and non-condensing (D) heating appliances.

Additional safety with a fire-resistant wall plate
These are round fire-resistant wall plates with integrated fireproof plate and fire protection seal. With these revolutionary wall plates you can neatly cover an opening in the wall and also provide a fire and carbon monoxide safe situation in the home. Why round? Mounting can not go crooked and the slope of 3° is included in the design.
