CoxDENS PP
Our PP flue system can be used for oil and gas-fired condensing boilers with flue gas temperatures up to 120°C (T120). A complete product range in plastic is available, including roof and wall terminals. This system is durable, lightweight and easy to install.
The CoxDENS® system includes all products for installation or renovation of a flue pipe, whether rigid, flexible or concentric, from the condensing boiler to the flue gas outlet. The CoxDENS® system consists of a complete range of UV-resistant and fire-retardant Polypropylene products.
Durable, lightweight and easy to install.
The CoxDENS® plastic PP flue system consists of a wide range of pipes, bends and accessories and can be connected to our ECONEXT® roof terminal product range . CoxDENS® PP can be used in combination with gas and oil-fired heating boilers with a maximum flue gas temperature of 120 °C (T120).
CoxDENS® PP Bracket
The bracket is designed in such a way that, after installing the flue system, the bracket can be quickly mounted next to it, even in hard-to-reach areas. For this mounting purpose, the bracket has 4 fastening holes, including an axial option.
The CoxDENS® PP Bracket will be fixed to the wall or ceiling next to the flue system. Easy mounting without an obstructed view is ensured both horizontally and vertically.
CoxDENS® PP locking clamp
The CoxDENS® PP locking clamp is an innovative plastic product with an inserted metal locking ring. This clamp ensures that installed, single-wall rigid plastic flue gas products cannot disconnect over time due to temperature changes.
All plastic materials, including PP, expand and contract with temperature changes.
To ensure that the installation is and remains completely flue gas tight, it is necessary that
Cox Geelen brackets are used.
